My Virtual CPA is a subscription with a full 30-day free trial, so you can evaluate everything before you pay.
New subscribers get a 30-day free trial. A payment method is required to start it, but you are not charged during the trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and your payment method is charged the then-current fee. Cancel any time during the trial to avoid any charge.
You can cancel anytime from your account settings or by emailing support@eugenius.ai. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period and does not renew after that.
Because of the 30-day free trial, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, including for partial periods. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund the current period. Duplicate or erroneous charges are always refunded — just contact us. We may also grant a refund at our discretion in individual cases (for example, a defect we can't resolve).
Any approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our authorized payment provider and Merchant of Record, back to your original payment method; it typically takes a few business days to appear.
